Who we are

MusicPromoLab is operated by AMPLIVO S.R.L. (“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at office@musicpromolab.com.

The service

We currently offer one thing: Spotify promotion for independent artists. It comes as a monthly plan sized by how many tracks you run, either one, three, or six tracks a month. Each plan renews monthly until you cancel. New platforms are added only when they exist as real, working services, never as “coming soon” teasers.

What a plan buys is campaign work: an AI audit of your genre, sound, and listeners, Meta ad campaigns for every track you submit, and an AI re-tune at the start of every monthly cycle.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans renew automatically each month at one fixed price per plan, with no per-campaign renegotiation. Prices are shown in euro, and the price and currency are always shown before you pay. The number on the receipt is the number you were quoted.

Cancellation

There’s no minimum term. Cancel any month from your account: the current month finishes as normal, and the next one never bills. Details live in the Refund & Cancellation policy.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee streams, placements, or algorithmic features. We never sell guaranteed streams, followers, or playlist placements. What we commit to is the work itself: a real promotion campaign for every submitted track, every month.

Your music & acceptable use

You keep all rights to your music. Submitting a track for promotion transfers nothing. In turn, you confirm you own or control the rights to what you submit, and you agree not to submit unlawful or infringing material. We may decline or stop work on material that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy, and brand, belongs to AMPLIVO S.R.L. Don’t reuse it without written permission. Your music stays yours.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Nothing in them limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page, with its date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
